The Burnet Bulldogs will square off against the Regents Knights at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Burnet will be strutting in after a win while Regents will be coming in after a loss.

On Monday, everything went Burnet's way against Fredericksburg as Burnet made off with a 12-2 victory. The Bulldogs haven't had any issues with the Billies recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

Burnet got a great performance from Cooper Faris as he struck out seven batters over 4.1 innings while giving up just two earned runs off four hits (and only one walk). That's the fewest earned runs Faris has allowed since back in April of 2024.
