Football Recap: Flagler Palm Coast Takes a Loss + How To Watch

After soaring to 38 points the game before, Flagler Palm Coast was a bit more limited in their matchup on Friday. They received a blow as they fell 28-12 to the Fletcher Senators. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida football rankings (they are ranked 207th, while the Senators are ranked 97th).

Although Flagler Palm Coast took the loss, they still got scores from Ehimen Ajede and Nolan Caliendo.

Fletcher's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Diondre Smith, who picked up 12 receiving yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 39 yards.

Flagler Palm Coast's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Fletcher, their victory bumped their record up to 5-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Flagler Palm Coast will square off against DeLand at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Fletcher, they will venture away from home to face off against Mandarin at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
