Recap: Wyalusing Valley Rams vs. Mansfield Tigers
The Wyalusing Valley Rams lost against the Mansfield Tigers back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Wyalusing Valley might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 47-42 to Mansfield, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Wyalusing Valley in their matchups with Mansfield: they've now lost four in a row.
Karson Dominick was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 23 points and ten rebounds for Mansfield. Dominick is crushing the point category: he's posted at least 15 every time he's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Jason Harer, who scored 14 points.
Wyalusing Valley's loss dropped their record down to 2-16. As for Mansfield, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 14-6.
Wyalusing Valley will head out on the road to square off against Sullivan County at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Mansfield, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 65-46 win vs. Athens on the 8th.
