Volleyball Recap: Hunter-Kinard-Tyler Comes Up Short

Hunter-Kinard-Tyler lost against North back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Trojans fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 3-2. While the Trojans didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Eagles 25-15 in the first set.

Hunter-Kinard-Tyler took North into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking four-point loss. The match finished with set scores of 15-25, 25-18, 25-20, 23-25, 15-11.

Hunter-Kinard-Tyler's defeat dropped their record down to 4-8. As for North, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-7-1 record this season.

As of now, neither Hunter-Kinard-Tyler nor North have any future games scheduled.
