Football Recap: Pleasant Grove Gets the Win

Pleasant Grove proved they can win big on Thursday (they won by 27) and on Saturday they proved they can win the close ones too. They pulled ahead with a 21-20 photo finish over the Rio Linda Knights. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Eagles also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2024.

Pleasant Grove's victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Pleasant Grove wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 20-2 loss against St. Francis on the 23rd. As for Rio Linda, they have also already played their next matchup, a 26-6 win against Cordova on the 23rd.
