McKenzie had to skate by with only a one-goal margin when they last took the pitch, which might have inspired the four-goal drubbing they dealt Hickman County on Tuesday. The Rebels were the clear victors by a 6-2 margin over the Bulldogs. The win was nothing new for McKenzie as they're now sitting on five straight.

Their offense was hitting Hickman County from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Eli Vinson led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

McKenzie pushed their record up to 5-1-2 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 20 goals over those four matches. As for Hickman County, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. McKenzie will challenge Westview at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Hickman County, they will host Harpeth at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Harpeth will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Hickman County surely won't give up without a fight.
