Devon Mason has led Covington in steals on the season and he led the team again on Friday. Nobody could stop Mason as he went 10-for-16 on his way to 23 points along with 12 rebounds and three steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of Covington's points.

Looking ahead, Mason and Covington will challenge Millington Central at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Mason will face off against Javohn Jackson, the Trojans' star power forward.
