Football Recap: Rutherford Falls to Mosley in First Game of Season + How To Watch

Rutherford had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They took a blow against the Mosley Dolphins on Friday, falling 64-15. The loss continues a trend for the Rams in their meetings with the Dolphins: they've now lost eight in a row.

Despite the defeat, Rutherford saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Jaleel Reed rushed for 48 yards and one score, and also threw for 192 yards and one TD.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Rutherford will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while.
