There's no place like home for Daphne, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They blew past the Davidson Warriors 3-0 on Tuesday. The Trojans haven't had any issues with the Warriors recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

The win didn't come easy: Davidson scored at least 18 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-18, 25-20.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Daphne to victory, but perhaps none more so than Isabella Charlton, who had nine digs and three aces. That's the most aces Charlton has posted over her last seven games. Another player making a difference was Audrey Smith, who had five digs and four aces.

They weren't the only good server: Daphne was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 18 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces in nine consecutive matches.

Daphne's victory bumped their record up to 24-11. As for Davidson, they dropped their record down to 13-7 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

Looking ahead, Daphne will be playing at home against Bayside Academy at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Davidson, they will take on St. Luke's Episcopal at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
