If New Manna Christian was riding high fresh off their 81-50 takedown of Asheboro Hybrid Academy last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The New Manna Christian Wind lost to the Triad Baptist Christian Academy Titans on the road by a 63-46 margin on Friday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wind this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 76-45 two weeks ago.

Despite the loss, New Manna Christian had strong showings from Brody Elliott, who went 9 of 13 to rack up 22 points and three steals, and Micah Wagner, who posted 11 points in addition to seven assists and five boards. The dominant performance gave Elliott a new career-high in points.
