Cowan won the last time they faced Union and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Cowan Blackhawks enjoyed a cozy 57-41 win over the Union Rockets. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Blackhawks.

Leading Cowan to victory were Lucas Terrell and Brody Clifford. Terrell shot 63% from the field on his way to 23 points and five steals, while Clifford went 6-for-11 to rack up 24 points in addition to five boards and four steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which Clifford has scored at least a third of Cowan's points. Another player making a difference was Gentry Groves, who posted a point along with nine rebounds, six assists, and three steals.

Cowan was working as a unit and finished the game with 16 assists. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their assist total in three consecutive matches.

Cowan picked up their first road victory, bumping their record up to 6-14. As for Union, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 12 of their last 13 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-15 record this season.

Cowan has already played their next game, a 71-61 win against Southern Wells on the 28th. Union does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
