Softball Recap: Law Government & Justice Comes Up Short

After flying high against Bronx United last Thursday, Law Government & Justice came back down to earth. The Tigers fell just short of the South Bronx Prep Cougars by a score of 9-8 on Tuesday. The Tigers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Cougars apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2019.

Law Government & Justice's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for South Bronx Prep, their win bumped their record up to 3-1.

Coincidentally, Law Government & Justice and South Bronx Prep will both be playing Metropolitan the next time they take the field. The Tigers will host Metropolitan at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Cougars will head out to face them at 4:00 p.m. on the 21st.
