City View falls despite big games from Nia Jefferson and Kyra Taylor

Recap: City View Mustangs vs. Holliday Eagles
It was a good run, but the City View Mustangs unfortunately witnessed the end of their nine-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell to Holliday 45-40. City View was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Holliday apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January.
Kyra Taylor and Nia Jefferson certainly did their best on Tuesday to avoid the loss. Taylor scored 15 points along with two steals, while Jefferson scored eight points along with two blocks.
City View's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 17-12. As for Holliday, they pushed their record up to 16-8 with that victory, which was their 17th straight on the road dating back to last season.
City View does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Holliday also has no future games currently scheduled.
