Drake May Game Report: vs Illini West

A big congratulations to Drake May, who rushed for at least 100 rushing yards for the first time in his career. He rushed for 153 yards and a pair of scores while picking up 7.7 yards per carry, helping propel Macomb past Illini West by a score of 27-6. We think that's the best game he's posted since September 13th, 2024, when he picked up a sack and made 18 total tackles (2.0 for loss).

Looking ahead, May and Macomb will square off against Bureau Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The last time May duked it out with the Storm (back in October of 2024), the Bombers came out on top by a score of 41-7. Will another strong game from May be enough to do it again?
