Football Game Preview: Flandreau Fliers vs. Elk Point-Jefferson Huskies

Flandreau hasn't had much luck against Elk Point-Jefferson recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Fliers will host the Huskies at 7:00 p.m. Flandreau has given up an average of 25.5 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Flandreau is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They lost 52-27 to Sioux Valley on Friday. The game was a 14-14 toss-up at halftime, but the Fliers couldn't quite close it out.

Meanwhile, Elk Point-Jefferson faced Wagner in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Huskies blew past the Red Raiders, posting a 48-0 win. The Huskies' victory was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

Elk Point-Jefferson's win bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Flandreau, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-5.
