Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Worthington). They walked away with an 87-74 victory over the St. Peter Saints on Friday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Trojans as it put an end to their seven-game losing streak.

Worthington's victory ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-14. As for St. Peter, their loss dropped their record down to 9-11.

Worthington will challenge New Ulm at 7:15 p.m. on February 7th. One thing working in New Ulm's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last five matchups. As for St. Peter, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, an 85-70 win against Fairmont on the 4th.
