Recap: Neumann Regional Academy Golden Knights vs. Loyalsock Township Lancers
The Neumann Regional Academy Golden Knights were the 54-45 winner over the Loyalsock Township Lancers when they last played one another back in December of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. Neumann Regional Academy was beaten by Loyalsock Township 77-47 on Saturday.
Several Golden Knights players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Daiton Thompson, who scored 10 points. Another player making a difference was Jozef Savage, who scored 9 points.
Neumann Regional Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Loyalsock Township, their win bumped their record up to 1-0.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Neumann Regional Academy will square off against Holy Cross at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Loyalsock Township, they will head out on the road to face off against Lewisburg at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
