Franklin came tearing into Friday's matchup with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 15.7 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Glenn Rockets 8-1. The Patriots might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 24 contests by six runs or more this season.

Franklin's victory was their 12th straight at home, which pushed their record up to 31-6-1. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.4 runs on average over those games. As for Glenn, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last nine games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-30 record this season.
