Cesar Chavez came tearing into Thursday's match with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Browne Bruins. The Champions have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Bruins, too.

Cesar Chavez's win bumped their record up to 7-8. As for Browne, they dropped their record down to 5-7 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

Cesar Chavez and Browne will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next contests. The next time the Champions see the court they'll take on Central at 6:00 p.m. on the 14th. As for Browne, their break will end when they face South Mountain at 6:00 p.m. on the 14th.
