Basketball Game Preview: Oaks Mighty Oaks vs. Springwood Wildcats

The Oaks Mighty Oaks will venture away from home to square off against the Springwood Wildcats at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Oaks is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last three games.

On Tuesday, Oaks beat Grace Christian 48-38.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Springwood, who bounced back after a loss on the road two weeks ago. They snuck past Ezekiel Academy with a 72-67 victory on Tuesday.

Oaks' win bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Springwood, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2.

Oaks took a serious blow against Springwood when the teams last played back in January of 2024, falling 85-47. That game was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Mighty Oaks were down 43-23.
