Smith County has been struggling as of late, and they have yet to win a game this season. They fell just short of the Concord Christian Lions by a score of 2-1 on Saturday. Smith County were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Concord Christian apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in March of 2024.

Smith County's goal came courtesy of Adyn Elliott, who's now up to three this season.

Smith County's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6-1. As for Concord Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 3-0-2.
