Softball Recap: Savanna Comes Up Short

After flying high against Calvary Chapel last Tuesday, Savanna came back down to earth. The Rebels came up short against the Anaheim Colonists on Friday, falling 13-0. The shutout was out of character for the Rebels seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in February.

Savanna's loss dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Anaheim, their win was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 12-1.

Savanna wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, an 11-0 defeat against Los Amigos on the 9th. As for Anaheim, they have also already played their next match, a 3-2 victory against Katella on the 8th.
