Soccer Recap: Cardinal Gibbons Takes a Loss

After soaring to five goals the game before, Cardinal Gibbons was a bit more limited in their game on Wednesday. They fell just short of the Pembroke Pines Charter Jaguars by a score of 1-0. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Chiefs haven't been shut out since back in November of 2024.

Cardinal Gibbons' defeat dropped their record down to 6-4-1. As for Pembroke Pines Charter, the win keeps them at an undefeated 11-0-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cardinal Gibbons will square off against Archbishop McCarthy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Pembroke Pines Charter, they will face off against Flanagan at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
