Basketball Recap: Excelsior Springs Comes Up Short

Excelsior Springs lost against Odessa back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Tigers took a 75-69 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bulldogs. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Excelsior Springs now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Odessa, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Looking ahead, Excelsior Springs is taking a road trip to face off against Truman at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Odessa will be paying especially close attention to the Tigers' matchup: after the Tigers face off against Raytown South, they'll take on Odessa again at 7:00 p.m. on the 19th.
