Softball Recap: C. Milton Wright Mustangs vs. Edgewood Rams
C. Milton Wright was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They fell just short of the Edgewood Rams by a score of 9-7. C. Maddie Youngworth made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 3-for-4 with three RBI, a triple, and a run. Another player making a difference was Brooke Lusby, who scored three runs and stole three bases while going 3-for-4.
C. Milton Wright's loss dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Edgewood, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 5-5.
