Volleyball Recap: Pen Argyl Wins Going Away Against Lehigh Valley Academy

Pen Argyl won the last time they faced Lehigh Valley Academy and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Green Knights put the hurt on the Jaguars with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Green Knights.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Pen Argyl took every set by at least 13 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-8, 25-12.

Ashlyn Oessenick paced Pen Argyl's offense, picking up 18 kills. Oessenick got some help from Jasmine Holland and her 19 assists. Holland was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

Pen Argyl's record is now 10-12. As for Lehigh Valley Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-7.

As of now, neither Pen Argyl nor the Jaguars have any future games scheduled.
