Dyersburg came tearing into Saturday's matchup with 12 straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 25.3 points), and they left with even more momentum. They claimed a resounding 80-33 win over Millington Central. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 44-15.

Millington Central's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Arianna Whiten, who posted 14 points, and Kaitlyn Holmes, who put up ten points and eight rebounds. That's the most boards Holmes has posted since back in December of 2024.

Dyersburg pushed their record up to 27-4 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.5 points on average over those games.
