Softball Recap: Norwalk Takes a Loss

Norwalk lost against Clyde on April 11th, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Truckers fell just short of the Fliers by a score of 3-2. That's two games in a row now that the Truckers have lost by just one run.

This is the second loss in a row for Norwalk and nudges their season record down to 6-10. Even worse, they were so close both times: the defeats came by an average of only one runs. As for Clyde, their win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 15-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Norwalk will take on Madison Comprehensive at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Clyde, they will square off against Bellevue at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
