Baseball Recap: Ridgemont Golden Gophers vs. Mt. Gilead Indians

After flying high against Cory-Rawson on Saturday, Ridgemont came back down to earth. The Ridgemont Golden Gophers fell 12-9 to the Mt. Gilead Indians on Saturday.

Jevin Henderson was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of Maverick Dawson, who scored a run while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

On Mt. Gilead's side, Brogan Pfleiderer looked comfortable as he pitched 1.1 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits.
