Soccer Game Preview: Upperman vs. York Institute

The Upperman Bees will face off against the York Institute Dragons at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Upperman is coming into the match on a five-game losing streak.

Upperman lost 8-2 to White County on Thursday. That's two games in a row now that Upperman have lost by exactly six goals.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask York Institute). They beat Harriman by a goal, winning 4-3.

York Institute hit the Blue Devils with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Eli Sweat, Tyler Homan, Tucker Beaty, and Jameson Wright.

Upperman's defeat dropped their record down to 1-10-1. As for York Institute, their win bumped their record up to 4-6-2.

Upperman took their victory against York Institute in their previous matchup back in March of 2023 by a conclusive 7-0 score. Do the Bees have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Dragons turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
