There's no place like home for Todd County, who bounced back after a loss on the road two weeks ago. They managed a 62-58 victory over the Cheyenne-Eagle Butte Braves on Friday. The Falcons' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Despite the loss, Cheyenne-Eagle Butte saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Suni Bowman dropped a double-double on 26 points and 14 boards. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Bowman has scored all season. Tommi Chasing Hawk was another key player, putting up seven points and six boards.

Todd County's win bumped their record up to 2-5. As for Cheyenne-Eagle Butte, they dropped their record down to 2-5 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Todd County will be playing in front of their home fans against Winner at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Cheyenne-Eagle Butte, they are taking a road trip to square off against Chamberlain at 5:00 p.m. on January 11th.
