Basketball Recap: Powder Valley Comes Up Short

Powder Valley suffered their closest loss since December 2, 2023 on Thursday. They fell just short of the Enterprise Outlaws by a score of 45-42. While losing is never fun, the Badgers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oregon basketball rankings (they are ranked 104th, while the Outlaws are ranked 20th).

Powder Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Enterprise, they pushed their record up to 7-2 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Powder Valley will finish 2024 at home by hosting Imbler at 3:00 p.m. on December 27th. As for Enterprise, they will host Kennedy at 12:00 p.m. on December 27th.
