Volleyball Recap: Osceola Comes Up Short

Osceola was the 3-2 winner over Wesley Chapel when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Warriors took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wildcats on Thursday. The Warriors' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it six in a row.

Osceola started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 23-25, 27-25, 25-18, 25-21.

Osceola's loss dropped their record down to 8-13. As for Wesley Chapel, with the win, they broke their eight-match losing streak and moved their record to 6-16.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Osceola will welcome Pinellas Park at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Wesley Chapel, they will be playing at home against Mitchell at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
