Basketball Recap: Dunellen Gets the Win

Dunellen lost to Spotswood back in February of 2022, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Dunellen Destroyers narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Spotswood Chargers 73-71.

The win got Dunellen back to even at 1-1. As for Spotswood, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Dunellen will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Highland Park at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Spotswood and South Hunterdon will round out the year against one another at at 11:00 a.m. on Friday.
