Football Game Preview: Central Indians vs. Excelsior Springs Tigers + How To Watch

Central is a perfect 3-0 against Excelsior Springs since October of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Indians will head out on the road to face off against the Tigers at 7:00 p.m. Central has given up an average of 31.9 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Central might have lost, but man, Kayden Fenwick was a machine: he picked up 106 receiving yards and three scores. Drake Gilkison also helped out with an impressive 80 receiving yards.

Meanwhile, Excelsior Springs didn't have too much trouble with Grandview on Friday as they won 22-7.

Excelsior Springs picked up their first home victory, bumping their record up to 2-5. As for Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-3.

Everything came up roses for Central against Excelsior Springs when the teams last played back in October of 2024, as the team secured a 55-6 win. In that matchup, the Indians amassed a halftime lead of 34-0, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Friday.
