Volleyball Recap: North East Takes a Loss

North East lost against Corry back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Grape Pickers lost 3-0 to the Beavers. The Grape Pickers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

North East took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-17, 25-18.

North East's defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 3-6-1. As for Corry, the win keeps them at an undefeated 26-0-3.

Looking ahead, North East will take on Cathedral Prep at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Corry, they will be taking part in a tournament against Portville at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday.
