Basketball Game Preview: Arabia Mountain Rams vs. Dunwoody Wildcats

The Arabia Mountain Rams will square off against the Dunwoody Wildcats at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Arabia Mountain is coming into the game on a four-game losing streak.

Arabia Mountain is headed into the matchup out to prove that what happened against Woodward Academy on Tuesday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Arabia Mountain lost 76-55 to Woodward Academy. The Rams were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 41-19.

Meanwhile, Dunwoody didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Lakeside on Wednesday, but they still walked away with a 42-37 victory. The 42-point effort marked the Wildcats' lowest-scoring game of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Arabia Mountain's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Dunwoody, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-8.

Everything came up roses for Arabia Mountain against Dunwoody in their previous matchup back in November of 2022, as the squad secured a 64-36 victory. Does Arabia Mountain have another victory up their sleeve, or will Dunwoody turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
