Volleyball Recap: Washington Comes Up Short

The Washington Warriors came up short against the Lisbon Lions on Thursday and fell 2-0. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Washington's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Lisbon, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-1.

Washington didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Springville on the 11th. As for Lisbon, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Davenport Central on the 11th.
