Recap: Browning vs. Libby

After losing to the Libby Loggers the last time they met, the Browning Indians decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Browning beat Libby 52-45 on Tuesday. Winning may never get old, but the Indians sure are getting used to it with four in a row now.

The Browning offense pulled no punches in the first half and blazed their way to 32 points. Libby wasn't quite able to keep up, and the score was 32-16 heading into the break. Browning was outperformed in the second half 29-20 but had enough points saved up to walk away with the win.

The victory bumped Browning's record up to 13-4. The defeat dropped Libby's record to 25-12.

Browning will take on Polson on Saturday. If you head out to watch the game, expect to stay the whole 32 minutes: the MaxPreps rankings predict a close matchup. The Loggers are on the road again on Saturday and play against Beaverhead County. Libby won't have the home-court advantage, but they do enjoy an advantage in the MaxPreps rankings.
