Football Recap: Green Mountain Skates Past Dakota Ridge with Ease + How To Watch

Green Mountain got themselves on the board against Dakota Ridge on Saturday, but Dakota Ridge never followed suit. They blew past the Eagles 32-0. The game was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Rams had established a 26-point advantage.

Marissa VanGuilder was a one-woman wrecking crew as she picked up 141 receiving yards and four TDs. Those 141 receiving yards gave her a new career-high.

Green Mountain's run defense was locked in: Dakota Ridge could only muster 1.7 yards per carry. While four picked up at least two total tackles, Maddie Amolsch stood above the rest. She made two total tackles. Green Mountain's ground attack was stronger, having averaged 5.1.

Green Mountain's defense also made the game a nightmare for Giana Fabrizo., racking up seven sacks. The heavy lifting was done by Savannah Trotter and Audrea Hildebrand, who racked up six sacks between them.

Green Mountain now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Dakota Ridge, they now have a losing record of 1-2.
