Basketball Recap: Lee Takes a Loss

After flying high against Mae Jemison on Tuesday, Lee came back down to earth. The Generals were dealt a 95-50 defeat at the hands of the Covington Catholic Colonels on Friday. The Generals were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 55-26.

When it comes to explaining why Lee lost, don't look at Michael (Mike) Stanford. Despite the final result, he posted ten points and eight boards. Stanford is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as he's now pulled down eight or more in each of the last four games he's played. Another player making a difference was Dylan Anderson, who had ten points.
