Flag Football Recap: Lassiter Comes Up Short

The Lassiter Trojans ended up a good deal behind the Marietta Blue Devils on Wednesday and lost 27-12.

The critical scores for Marietta came from Julia Ham, Kaylee Wang, Lylah Campos, and Celeste Martin.

Lassiter's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Marietta, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Looking ahead, Lassiter will challenge Woodstock at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Marietta, they will host North Paulding at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. The Wolfpack's defense has only allowed 9.5 points per game this season, so the Blue Devils' offense will have their work cut out for them.
