Soccer Recap: West Fork Takes a Loss

After soaring to nine goals the game before, West Fork was a bit more limited in their matchup on Thursday. They opened the new year with a less-than-successful 3-1 defeat to the Rudder Rangers.

West Fork's goal came courtesy of Jared Duarte, which was the first he's scored this season.

West Fork's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Rudder, their record now sits at 3-1.

West Fork has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Texas City on the 1st. As for Rudder, they will challenge Huntsville at 1:00 p.m. on Friday.
