Basketball Recap: Alcuin Comes Up Short

Alcuin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They were beaten by Prestonwood Christian North 50-18. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Hawks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 66-5 last Friday.

Alcuin's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Prestonwood Christian North, they now have a winning record of 14-13.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Garland Christian Academy the next time they take the court. Prestonwood Christian North will head out to face Garland Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Alcuin will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
