Softball Recap: Marissa/Coulterville Meteors vs. Father McGivney Catholic Griffins
Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Marissa/Coulterville). They never let the Father McGivney Catholic Griffins get on the board and left with a 22-0 win on Tuesday. Considering the Meteors have won five matchups by more than six runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.
Paityn Hand made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run over four innings pitched. Hand was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring two runs while getting on base in all five of her plate appearances.
