Recap: San Marino Titans vs. Monrovia Wildcats
It was a good run, but The San Marino Titans unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Thursday. They took a 29-24 hit to the loss column at the hands of Monrovia. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for San Marino in their matchups with Monrovia: they've now lost four in a row.
Although San Marino took the loss, they still got scores from Coleman Morning, Carson Herren, and Sid Danenhauer.
Noah Ellison was the offensive standout of the matchup as he picked up 174 receiving yards. Ellison is on a roll when it comes to receiving yards, as he's now posted 100 or more in the last three games he's played. Vincent Paez also helped out as he racked up 112 receiving yards.
San Marino's loss dropped their record down to 8-2. As for Monrovia, their victory was their fourth straight on the road, which bumped their overall record up to 6-3.
San Marino does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Monrovia also has no future games currently scheduled.
