Basketball Recap: Conway Christian Eagles vs. Southeastern Christian Academy Warriors
Conway Christian lost against Southeastern Christian Academy back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Conway Christian Eagles took a 47-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Southeastern Christian Academy Warriors.
Despite the loss, Conway Christian still got an impressive performance from Emily Gaston, who posted 25 points. Grace Polatty was another key player, putting up nine points.
Elizabeth Dickerson had an outrageously good game for Southeastern Christian Academy as she put up 18 points along with five boards and five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Ella Gregory, who had eight points in addition to 12 rebounds and six steals.
Conway Christian has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season. As for Southeastern Christian Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games.
