Baseball Recap: Memorial Comes Up Short

Memorial was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They were two runs away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Lebanon Trail Trail Blazers. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Warriors have suffered since March 15, 2024.

Memorial's loss dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Lebanon Trail, they moved to 2-12 with that win, which also ended their five-game losing streak.

Memorial will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Heritage at 7:30 p.m. on March 25th. Lebanon Trail also won't see the field for a while: their next matchup is against Frisco at 7:30 p.m. on March 25th.
