Volleyball Recap: Capital Comes Up Short

Capital was the 3-2 winner over Peninsula when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Cougars fell just short of the Seahawks by a score of 3-2 on Thursday. The Cougars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Capital's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4-1. As for Peninsula, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-5.

Coming up, Capital will venture away from home to square off against Lakes at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Peninsula, they will be taking part in a tournament against Cascade Christian at 1:15 p.m. on Saturday.
