The Mount Pleasant Tigers will square off against the Carson Cougars at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Mount Pleasant is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.9 runs per game this season.

Thursday just wasn't the day for Mount Pleasant's offense. They came up short against North Stanly on Thursday, falling 8-0. The game marked the first time this year in which the Tigers were not able to get on the board.

Mount Pleasant's loss dropped their record down to 13-8. As for Carson, their win bumped their record up to 12-8.
